Alliance Services

HHPA's commitment is that we will build alliances with other small business service providers. We offer alliance teaming agreements that will enhance cooperation and collaboration and minimize competition. When a client has a need that falls outside our services capability we want to be able to refer the client to another provider that follows a high code of ethics and provides quality services.

An alliance is a mutually beneficial relationship built on trust and competency. To enter into alliance with HHPA we want to get to know you and for you to know us. We offer some generalized workshops that you can participate in or we would be willing to participate in a workshop or service effort that you have planned. An Alliance Teaming Agreement is straightforward and offers maximum flexibility and minimal restrictions. The requirements are to:

Exchange company resumes & personal bios
Set up an initial meeting (phone or in person)
Discuss and document the following:
Determine areas of potential collaboration
Make commitments in areas of referral
Determine length and extent of agreement
